How Do I Reset My Password?

We've all been there: "What's my password?" If you've forgotten your password, to reset it for Katapult Pro, visit the login screen. (If you're logged in and don't remember your current password, you'll need to log out.)

1. Underneath the "Sign In" button, you'll find the "I forgot my password" link. Click on this.

2. The sign-in modal will now prompt you to enter the email address associated with your Katapult Pro account.

That is also the email to which Katapult Pro will send a link to reset your password.

3. Login to your email and look for this email from Katapult Engineering.

4. The email's contents will look like that in the screenshot below.

Be sure to click the link provided to reset your password before the link expires.

If you want to change your password and remember your current password, you can change it from your account settings.

First, click on your avatar in the top right corner (1), as seen in the screenshot below. Then click "Account" (2).

This will open up your account settings.

Underneath the "CONTACT INFO" section, you will find inputs to put your current password and provide a new password. Confirm the new password by typing it again and save these changes by clicking "Change Password."

Voila! You're now ready to effortlessly reset or update your password whenever needed. Should you need to regain access or strengthen security, simply follow these steps to manage your account confidently and securely.
